Workshop 15 & 16/09/2020

In order to gather interdisciplinary expertise there will be the international workshop “Perceptronics” at the 15. & 16th of September 2020. The project “Olfactorial Perceptronics”, funded by the VolkswagenStiftung, aims at establishing an interdisciplinary and innovative combination between electronic sensors and human perception. The main concept of perceptronics applies to all sensory systems of a human. In this particular project, we specifically focus on olfaction.

We have invited leading experts to join our hybrid Dresden-Online-workshop to discuss basics, applications and challenges in each discipline involved. As the main part of the workshop will be done in an online fashion, interested master or PhD students are more than welcome to watch the online sessions. Just write a short email to contact@perceptronics.science. The Perceptronics Workshop is a satellite symposium of ECRO 2020 (https://www.ecro.online/). The preliminary (!) workshop program can be found below.
